Last service review I keep my truck in pristine condition. When I got it back it had bird poop, bug guts. and just generally dirty when I got it back. Felt like financing there might be told to sell you as The sales team was vey friendly and professional. They found me a great car at a great price. Felt like financing there might be told to sell you as much unnecessary extra crap as they can though. I was told they HAD to sell me a package...as if they wouldnt sell me the car without buying extra warranties i didnt want. I told her 3 or 4 times i didnt want it (why spend $3000 on an extra 36000 mile warranty on a car that only has 36k miles anyway)? But, like a time share salesman, she refused to take no for an answer. I needed the car badly THAT NIGHT, plus i was tired and worn out, so i cavee and got the warranty. I left a message the next day about how frustrated i was. I got a bried email saying "I'm sorry" from some customer service rep. But then they forced me to take an extra 4 hours out of my day in order to remove the unwanted warranty. They didnt offer me a single thing in order to compensate me for the huge inconvenience, or for the way my experience made me feel. Oh...but they DID raise the interest rate on my loan on e i removed the warranty. Jeez. I had chosen them bc i thought they were different from other dealerships in that regard. But it seems they are just the same. I can see no reason to recommend them, unless they are maybe the closest one to you. More
