After purchasing my new 2025 Silverado my sales rep made it very easy to schedule my next visit, convenient to my schedule, for a bullet list of items that were to be delivered and installed. On the day of my scheduled service appointment I was immediately greeted and assisted well by all Service Department staff. While reviewing items scheduled to be completed, I noticed an indifference in parts ordered compared to parts expected at which time my sales rep listened to my concerns and was able to make the necessary changes for the Service needed, followed by finding a loaner vehicle until mine was complete. Updates on my vehicle were promptly received, and upon return to pick up my vehicle all items were taken care of as expected. Kudos to the entire staff at Stingray Chevrolet...you made my FIRST new vehicle (truck) purchase one to enjoy and always remember. Thank you! More

This would be my second trip before purchasing my 2025 suburban. Upon my second visit when I purchased my vehicle from and basically told me to contact him and he would work with me on purchasing my vehicle on my second visit. Herman was very helpful. He let me see several models of vehicles. He was nothing but respectful, and very eager to explain the options and the features of each Vehicle and trim model. I read it everyone five stars, including the business manager I believe her name was Deborah Gill. Best experience I had purchasing a vehicle in a long time. I have no issues and I would buy vehicle from stingray Chevrolet again. More

I was disappointed when John Whaley advised me Stingray Chevrolet does not provide a loaner vehicle when my new truck is being serviced by Stingray Chevrolet. Seriously??? I spend almost 93K on a new vehicle and no loaner vehicle when its being serviced. Something to think about as I consider purchase of another corvette.
