Fernando was so nice, and he made the whole experience feel very relaxed and easy. He was also very kind to my family that I brought along, and he stayed late to help finalize everything. My first car was a Subaru Forester, and his name was Forrest. My family had many names that we were choosing from for this car, but I landed on naming her Fern, in honor of Fernando. Thanks for an awesome experience! Will be back again! :) More

Both our salesman, Fernando Santiago (excellent!) and Manager, Sean Jenkins (the best) bent over backwards to address the problems and make us happy. I will buy my next car from Ciocca Subaru, without a doubt. More
