Awesome experience! Our salesman Fernando Santiago and his manager Marcus Yard were wonderful to work with. Was looking for a pre-owned Subaru Outback and found the perfect vehicle at Ciocca Subaru’s Bar his manager Marcus Yard were wonderful to work with. Was looking for a pre-owned Subaru Outback and found the perfect vehicle at Ciocca Subaru’s Bargain Corral. Within an hour deal was done including great financing terms and we were driving off the lot. Even had a new trailer hitch installed too! Great service, friendly and experienced staff! Highly recommend Ciocca Subaru! More

Amazing experience and customer service! After having several horrible experiences over 2 weeks searching for a car, I found two I really liked. One was at the dealer in Allentown and another After having several horrible experiences over 2 weeks searching for a car, I found two I really liked. One was at the dealer in Allentown and another at a sister dealer. Fernando not only helped me with a the test drive of one of the cars I was interested in, but while waiting to find out if the other vehicle was still available and could be delivered to the Allentown location, he recommended that I test drive another model vehicle so I had a full experience with different models. Within 24 hours not only did I chose a great vehicle, but Fernando and the staff at Ciocca provided me with an incredible experience that was greatly lacking elsewhere. More

Simple Easy,Stress-free!!! My sales rep was Fernando Santiago. He was fantastic. Answered all questions, very helpful, put me instantly at ease. He'd helped my son & daughter My sales rep was Fernando Santiago. He was fantastic. Answered all questions, very helpful, put me instantly at ease. He'd helped my son & daughter-in-law and I felt very comfortable. The only down side was the finance person, Mohammad spoke way to fast and I had a rough time grasping the info. It was like one long sentence and I had no time to even think of questions. All in all, though it was the best most carefree car sale I've ever experienced. More
