Everyone I dealt with was very responsive to my questions and was very professional as well. There was zero pressure or any of the "tactics" most people have come to dislike from a stereotypical car buying experience. On the sales side, Emilie, Fernando and Marcus were great about answering questions and the negotiation process. At contract signing Ben was excellent at explaining the details and the benefits of the various programs offered without any pressure or trying to talk me into anything. More
