First Time but not the Last Time After my son's accident we needed to replace his car. They had the vehicle my son was looking for, we looked at the vehicle, took it for a test drive After my son's accident we needed to replace his car. They had the vehicle my son was looking for, we looked at the vehicle, took it for a test drive and the next day were able to close the deal. Fernando was great to deal with, he was very friendly, informed and helpful. We worked out a deal (with the help of Marcus) and the paperwork (Troy) went very smoothly along with the pickup of the vehicle. We will definitely come back when we need another vehicle. More

Given the current challenges with buying just about anything in our new normal with the COVID crisis, I have to say that the staff with whom I worked Given the current challenges with buying just about anything in our new normal with the COVID crisis, I have to say that the staff with whom I worked at Ciocca did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very responsive to my questions and was very professional as well. There was zero pressure or any of the "tactics" most people have come to dislike from a stereotypical car buying experience. On the sales side, Emilie, Fernando and Marcus were great about answering questions and the negotiation process. At contract signing Ben was excellent at explaining the details and the benefits of the various programs offered without any pressure or trying to talk me into anything. More
