Everything is so expensive so we tried to trim our expectations. Arturo listened and jumped on a few options. It got late and we left very informed. Next day went to another dealer in National City and was "shown around" with little understanding, no offer, no discussion of what they could do for me. Spent a lot of time there discussing what we wanted but the guy just showed us around more. Glad we had already learned so much from Carl Burger. Later, went back to Carl Burger Dodge and they knew our name and Gary (Sales Manager) came out to say hello (again). Arturo told us about some discounted vehicles they had that closely matched what we were looking for. He really wanted us to be happy with our selection. They found 99% of what we wanted in the older stock with a HUGE discount off MSRP. He told us right off what we could save and my eyes popped. YES! That's what we want. AWESOME. A $60k truck with almost $15k off. HAPPINESS!! More

Which I felt was unfair! If your going to offer a product the customer should have a choice in what they want to pay for. I felt I had to purchase this package to get what I really wanted. And I did asked if I could just get the gap and warranty only; I was told no, it’s a package deal only, or nothing... It may seem like a small thing to your company; but that additional amount 1-2000.00 added to my loan could hurt someone budget. As a matter of fact a friend of mine just totaled her car and is looking to purchase a new one. She wanted to know which dealership I went to Mother’s Day.... then I realized today the possible reason why you force a new owners to purchase the LoJack because it’s all ready installed on all your vehicles on your lot... and then follow up with “your insurance rate will give you a discount for having it... “Not”... More

Liars and game players The salesman lied and told me there was dirt on the wheels and when they wash it it would come off so I was ushered into finance to sign papers while The salesman lied and told me there was dirt on the wheels and when they wash it it would come off so I was ushered into finance to sign papers while they wash the car when I came back the same markings were on the wheels I’m paying a little over $24,000 for this car it’s as much as some of the new cars I’m a senior citizen I have been ill and I had also I had been there since 7:30 AM between 4:30 - 5:00 pm with nothing to eat till the end of the deal. I have diabetes and I had to ask someone o get me something to eat a Subway sandwich whatever and that’s what they finally did. Well signing papers they were supposed to be cleaning up the new car and it still had the same ugly markings on the wheels and I brought it to the sales man attention and he change the subject on me and talked about how beautiful the car was. I turned in a 2017 Chrysler 200 with 6000 miles on it and not a dent on it it was clean as a whistle I also gave them a 2006 Cadillac that had only 50,000 miles on it and paid for with a brand new stereo system in it not even six months old . After I brought the car home I noticed some slight scratches that we didn’t see in a tiny dent that they are refusing to fix they had the nerve to accuse me! they only want to fix the real minor stuff their cheap yet they want u to give all you have! I asked for my new stereo back out of my Cadillac they refuse to even give that to me. I did get a couple of phone calls and was told not to worry about it they would fix the issues the only thing they ended up agreeing to fix were the minor stuff and they were supposed to put wheels on if I bought the wheels with my money for the Cadillac...Which I should not have that type of expense after giving them 2300 Cash my total nest egg n order to keep my payments down! In the last three years I have bought a car from Carl’s burger every year and they did not even consider how much $ they made off of me I would not recommend them to anyone at all ever again More
