⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst Purchase Experience of My Life – After Being a Loyal Customer This was my third brand-new car purchase from this dealership, and sadly, it was the worst experience I have ever had. The pri a Loyal Customer This was my third brand-new car purchase from this dealership, and sadly, it was the worst experience I have ever had. The price initially offered for my trade-in was later changed, the car price I was quoted was different at closing, and what they called “gifts” turned out to be extra charges. On top of that, I was told I could not use my $500 Birthday Savings Offer that the dealer had sent me. When I went back to try to cancel the purchase, the salesperson showed me that my trade-in vehicle was already listed for sale on their lot for just $2,500 more than what they had paid me, claiming they were at a disadvantage in this negotiation. However, when I checked myself, my trade-in car was actually listed for $5,000 more than what they had given me for it. This made me feel even more taken advantage of and disrespected as a loyal customer. After all of this, I left feeling deceived and overcharged. I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when buying from this dealership. More
