I corresponded with Phil Porter, Jr. and he promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He arranged for a test drive and thoroughly addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. He was courteous and efficient in the price negotiation. He presented an exceptional finance offering opportunity which I accepted. Noticing that I had purchased lug locks for the vehicle from the parts department, he offered and arranged for their installation. Since I was from out of town, he arranged to transport the vehicle to my residence and arranged for his return transportation for my convenience. This required 2 additional hours of his time as well as another driver from the dealership to whom I am most grateful. As if this wasn't enough, I noticed this morning that he had filled the vehicle with gas just prior to delivery to me at my residence! The service and customer focus is exceptional. I recommend this dealership highly exceptional. More
