This dealership make buying a new car so easy. My wife spoke with Nando, basically picked out a car over the phone .Nando sent her a proposal for her trade in and cost out the door. I went in and met with Nando and he had the new car sitting there ready to go. I went through finance and out the door. All of the employees at this location are very friendly and polite. Great job ! This is the 4th car me and my family have bought at this location from Nando. More

What a pleasant surprise Subaru of Jacksonville was for us! We have purchase 19 new cars in our 51 years of marriage and numerous used cars through the years, but never have we been so well and professiona us! We have purchase 19 new cars in our 51 years of marriage and numerous used cars through the years, but never have we been so well and professionally treated, as at Subaru of Jacksonville. Our sales professional, Kyle Shifflett, was magnificent and patient with us. His knowledge and manner were professional, as well as informative as to the different trim levels on the Subaru Accent. We had visited numerous dealerships, including other Subaru dealers before coming to Subaru of Jacksonville. Commendations to Kyle, he made the purchase painless. Every staff member was cordial and professional. Wow! This was also my experience when I brought our new car back for installation of the receiver hitch and roof rack cross bars. I was greeted professionally and had coffee while I waited. Hats off to Kyle and the rest of the crew! This is quite obviously a well managed operation. More
