Dedicated to customer service! Finn Misa worked so very hard to help us get the car we wanted. Plus during 2 days of negotiations he was also making sure we were comfortable, fed a Finn Misa worked so very hard to help us get the car we wanted. The 2nd day we were on a time limit and he got us on our way as soon as he could. Finn called to check on us the 3rd day to ensure we were still pleased with our purchase, and of course we were!. Finn Misa at ACC was absolutely exceptional in all possible ways! Not having bought an MB previously, he took us in hand, had cars ready to show us against our previously advised requirements, spent well over 4 hours taking us through the features of the vehicle, explained all the possible vehicle options and financing, and gave us hard data to back up each decision. We ended up with my wife’s highly preferred vehicle, and he even got us a great price. Have to say the other people at the dealership were absolutely exceptional. There was zero pressure to buy things we did not want, everything was explained over and over again in detail, and every question was answered in detail.
