Salespersons just pass by you without speaking or saying can I get you some help. I proceeded to receptionist and then Finn appeared. He is very friendly. His expertise helped me decide on a vehicle that was a better match for me then the one I initially intended to buy. I still believe the dealership needs to improve in customer service. Especially in making prospective customers feel welcomed. But, one-on-one with Finn was a great experience. I would definitely refer prospective customers to him. More
