Happy Kia owner Carrie was awesome , she made sure we got to see all the features in every vehicle we looked at until we found the one we purchased. Excellent sales service from Firas Hammami Had a 22 yr. old Toyota and wanted a newer car...wasn't necessarily looking for a 2018....met with Firas Hammami...looked at several cars. Test drove Had a 22 yr. old Toyota and wanted a newer car...wasn't necessarily looking for a 2018....met with Firas Hammami...looked at several cars. Test drove a"new" 2017 Forte and loved it....it was the end of their "Black Friday" sale Nov 30th, and after negotiating with Firas and the sales manager I was able to get an excellent deal including an extra $400 off for being a veteran....Firas was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable, resulting in an excellent sales experience...we'll see how it goes with the service after I have taken it in once or twice in the future. More
