Their approach is lukewarm, as if you owe them your business. I came in to talk about trading in my car. The manager Dan treated me like I don’t belong there and didn’t want to look at my car because I business. I came in to talk about trading in my car. The manager Dan treated me like I don’t belong there and didn’t want to look at my car because I didn’t have my title on me. The other thing that really bothered me was the pushy way Flavio tried to make me commit to buying the new car by taking away my credit card yo show I am serious - who does that?! I should have walked away at that point, but I agreed and they finally spat out a total low ball number on my car and tried to make m me feel bad. And said i should go to carmax to see they are right and when I did they offered me $5000 more. I would not recommend this dealership. More
