I generally enjoyed my experience at Cityside. Everything seemed to move along swiftly and no one was being specifically pushy about any one aspect about the purchase. I liked the building and the Everything seemed to move along swiftly and no one was being specifically pushy about any one aspect about the purchase. I liked the building and the waiting areas. The spaces were nice and clean and we didn’t have to wait too long. My only issue related to the keys for the car. I feel it’s standard to get two sets, but when handed one at the very end of the process, I was surprised. I understand that these things happen, but no one mentioned this and I had to wait an additional week to have the news key come in and be programmed for the car. More
