My partner and I had been looking at a new Mazda MX-5 RF for a couple months. I had reached out to multiple dealerships in my area (Palm Springs) and as far out as L.A. & San Diego. I found myself getting frustrated with the amount of time it would take to hear back from dealerships as well as their nickel-and-diming. That is until I reached out to Forouz at Capo Mazda. I emailed an inquiry to Forouz on a Saturday afternoon, she responded immediately with photos and even a video of the vehicle as well as a clear idea of final costs. She remained in contact with me even on her days off, and had me in my new MX-5 by that Tuesday morning. The car was detailed and ready for me to go with ZERO pressure from any other sales team or managers. I met a number of the other Capo Team members that day (I apologize for not remembering names). All took the time to greet me and my partner and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. I would happily make that drive again for that kind of customer service.
