Great buying experience! It all started in August of 2018 when I was doing research on a new SUV for my wife, whose Lexus RX350 lease was set to end 1 January. I walked into It all started in August of 2018 when I was doing research on a new SUV for my wife, whose Lexus RX350 lease was set to end 1 January. I walked into Naples Acura and met “Sparky”. He was very informative and a real “people person”. I test drove the TLX and then the new 2019 RDX. I was immediately impressed with the RDX, however, I wasn’t going to be in the buying mode until the end of the year. No worries and no pressure. I left and Sparky said he would be in touch in December. Sure enough, Sparky called and I dropped back in to Naples Acura on 10 December for another look and test drive. Got a GREAT price quote and signed the deal. All in all a terrific buying experience. I highly recommend Naples Acura and “Sparky” as your salesman. More

Satisfied I recently bought a car from Naples Acura for the first time. I stopped in on my lunch break to take a look at a couple of cars and was met by Sales I recently bought a car from Naples Acura for the first time. I stopped in on my lunch break to take a look at a couple of cars and was met by Sales Consultant Francesca Fortin. She asked me what I was looking for and what my price range was and started showing me cars. She never tried to push me into anything outside of my price range, she also ran around the extremely hot car lot with keys to every car that I might be interested in. In the end, we found a car that was perfect for me and they took my car in on trade as well. I ended up buying the car that afternoon. I have been extremely pleased with everyone at the dealership. Don't let the small size of this dealership fool you. This is a first class operation and they treated me with great respect and appreciation. I also recommend learning about the Acura Certified pre-owned warranty program, I think it is not as well known as it should be. More

Incredible experience and easy transaction. Highly recommend We have bought about a dozen new cars in our lifetime and have our share of horrible dealer experiences. It is always something I dread. I don't try t We have bought about a dozen new cars in our lifetime and have our share of horrible dealer experiences. It is always something I dread. I don't try to lowball. I do my research and have a target range that is reasonable. (typically a TrueCar price). For trade-ins, I get KBB trade in value or actual CarMax quote and am okay with that. But things never happen smoothly. Dealers often won't work with you via email. You get shuffled around from Internet sales to Managers. Sometimes even multiple trips. My wife had a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and was wanting to change to an SUV. I had emailed for "Internet Price" on a couple vehicles including Volvo XC90 and BMW X5. Despite the dealer sites having big buttons for "Click here to get Internet Price" not one dealer gave me a price. So the dreadful games begin. Then a friend recommended Naples Acura/Audi/Inifiniti. I decided to look at Acura. They had one that was the right color and options. I sent an email with my pricing and trade-in values. They got back to me quickly and we agreed upon a fair price. We live an hour away in Parkland and they even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our house and pick up our trade-in. They were on-time and no surprises. This was by far the best service we have received buying a car. Marianne in finance did offer a few add-ons which we turned down mainly because we live so far. But there was no pressure whatsoever. Francesca was the sales rep and delivered the vehicle to our home and walked my wife through all the features and even set up her phone to connect. My only regret is that we live so far away, we likely will service our car locally. Would have been happy to get service at Naples Acura based on the service we received. We will definitely be back. More

Exceptional customer service I purchased my first Acura ever yesterday and I am thrilled with it! I have owned a half dozen BMWs and none of them have anything on my RDX. And, as I purchased my first Acura ever yesterday and I am thrilled with it! I have owned a half dozen BMWs and none of them have anything on my RDX. And, as wonderful as the car is the treatment that I got at Acura of Naples was even better. Francesca Fortin made me feel like I was her only customer and made sure everything was done accurately and professionally. If you are buying a vehicle and not buying it from Naples Acura you are settling for less than the best. They definitely have a passion for excellence! Thank you Francesca!! I only wish that I could give you more than five stars. More
