We started our next Acura search at Lindsey and were we not treated with respect or like loyal customers (my parents have been purchasing Acuras since 1989 and I have also have had two Acuras myself). We left extremely disappointed and I decided to stop in to Acura of Columbus a couple days later with my husband. I was greeted immediately by Francesco and he started going to work for us. Not only was he kind, he also treated us with respect and we could tell he was committed to getting us a price that would make us comfortable, and he did so very efficiently! Francesco was not pushy or overly "salesy," he just genuinely wanted us to be happy. I was able to get a great deal on a 2020 Acura RDX and I sent my mom over so she could get her new car too! Also, thank you to Adam Hannah for working quickly to get us through the finance stage and Dave MacDonald for helping us a couple days later when Francesco was out of the office!
