Felt like I was dealing with a shade tree Mechanic and some nasty old shop, this place is a major rip off tried to charge me $451 for rags and tax on extended warranty that I already paid tax on, and lied some nasty old shop, this place is a major rip off tried to charge me $451 for rags and tax on extended warranty that I already paid tax on, and lied to me several times, and put old oil back in my truck and never changed the oil filter, I will never buy a vehicle from that place ever in my lifetime More

Poor follow up, poor communication. I dropped my car off for diagnostic work on a Tuesday, was told i couldnt have a loaner vehicle. Was not able to pick up ubtil the following monday. We had a 1:20 PM appointment for an Oil and Filter Change and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. M and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. Meanwhile we saw at least 3 other vehicles that arrived later taken before ours. Our vehicle did not leave the service bay until 3:40 PM. We did not check out until 3:45 PM. Two hours and 25 minutes for a simple Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation is INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE! We will definitely NOT BE RETURNING to Palm for any future Oil changes. More

It is not only very impersonal, time consuming, unreliable it is very difficult to get feedback and follow up for service scheduling, repair information. More
