I needed a new vehicle and liked Hondas. I was looking online for certified preowned Accords. I had a day off and went into dealership as a single female, nervous about what type of sales I was looking online for certified preowned Accords. I had a day off and went into dealership as a single female, nervous about what type of sales “man” I’d have to deal with. Luckily, Franci Martinez was awaiting me at the front desk, with all her glorious charm and warm smile. She treated me so kindly, worked to understand my needs, and we ended up narrowing it down to the 2022 Accord Sport SE I purchased that day. She was able to add tinted windows and repair some torn stitching on the steering wheel. She was very thorough, attentive and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase, checking in multiple times after purchase - I felt like she truly cared. Great experience and I look forward to working with Franci again. Thank you! More
