After the dealership had 100% of the payment for the vehicle, it still took them more than a week to process my paperwork, due to their antiquated system. I am an out of state buyer and have bought and sold many vehicles over the internet, without being required to see someone, face-to-face. The process used by Ken Ganley Ford was laughable. More
