Everything about this experience was extremely positive! Martin, who is very kind, helpful & knowledgeable, answered every question we had. He was never pushy at all and in fact, seemed very happy to spend as much time with us as required so that we were completely informed about the car we were considering. He also assured us that customer service is very important at this dealership and we certainly experienced that when we went back with the anticipation of making a purchase. Several things led up to our decision. The quality of the car was excellent. The fact that no one ever pressured us was so pleasant. When it came down to making the deal, we felt like we had been treated very fairly. Since our purchase, Martin has contacted us to re-assure us that if we have any questions or issues at any time, never hesitate to contact him. He even said that he'll detail our car when we're ready! Bonus!!! This, by far, has been the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever!! We are loving our new car and will definitely recommend this dealership to others! More

On purchase day he was quite helpful in determining what vehicle would best fit my needs and made the purchase a very pleasant and smooth transaction, the entire process only took about an hour. I would highly recommend Reynolds for any future car purchases and I personally will always deal with Martin Wiley and suggest anyone needing to make a purchase do the same. More

I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted with impeccable service and the extended warranty all wit I have to say this experience was outstanding. The salesman was knowledgeable and programmed my phone, showed me how to operate all the components before I left the lot and even moved my personal belongings from the car I drove in with to the car I drove out. If service is what you are after, this is the right place to be. Sales staff were educated, courteous and very customer oriented. I will by my next car here.
