No pressure, real concern. My wife needed a car to replace her SUV. And since the SUV was not available for trade-in, the selection process was somewhat more difficult. Steve Adams showed some genuine concern for her payment limitations and strove to get her into the best car possible. The first two cars were acceptable, but unfortunately were already sold. Much to Steve's embarrassment. The third car presented was a winner. Newer, better color, better features. Steve seemed happier than my wife. My only function in this was credit assistance. My wife was tickled pink with the selection. Steve went out of his way to make sure the car selected was a good fit to the needs. More

Excellent service all around I called about an oil change and found out my first one was free since I bought the car from there which was awesome! Got scheduled the same day went I called about an oil change and found out my first one was free since I bought the car from there which was awesome! Got scheduled the same day went in and customer service was great! Not only did they change my oil but rotated my tires and fixed a recall on my car that I didn't even know was there. I will never go anywhere else. More

First, he knew the vehicle from top to bo I strongly dislike the car-buying experience, but can honestly say that Martin made this easy and painless. First, he knew the vehicle from top to bottom, and there was no question he couldn't answer. More importantly, he answer my questions honestly, which I have found to be a rare quality. Second, the negotiation process was fair, upfront, and didn't take all day. There were no games, gimicks, or hidden fees - I know exactly what I was getting and the actual final price at the time we make our agreement. I didn't feel pressured, and I was very happy with the deal that we made. Third, Martin really went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and to ensure that I was 100% happy with the transaction. I am 8 months pregnant, and he offered to go get us food while we waited for the car to be cleaned; he made sure we always had water and were comfortable; and when the floor mats and cargo accessories were not available, he met me near my office the following week to make it convenient for me. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this dealership. More
