On Saturday May 25, 2013 me and my husband Tad decided to visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. We got in little bit early (45min before opening 9:00ma) and few minutes later visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. We got in little bit early (45min before opening 9:00ma) and few minutes later Mr. Franco Ruffolo arrive and he immediately approach us to ensure we were not leave with out full attention from this Dealer. Our biggest surprise was when Franco was willing work with us without any hesitation before even opening. He just simple open the door early just for us. His diligent, knowledge about the car what we were interesting was presented to us with so many details - we new immediately he is high quality Sales Consultant. He is very good listener, he treat us with with dignity and respect which it is so hard to find in other Dealers. His Customer Service Experience is very valuable and it should be use as example to others! I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. On February 21 and 23 we bought a Mazda CX 9 and a Mazda 3L from Franco, who was awesome in dealing with my wife and I. Buying this new vehicle was actually a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to spend additional monies, the sales and finacial persons were very polite, and patient.
