Franco followed up my internet request for quote of best price in less than 24 hours. He was very precise in telling that he had the car and color that I was looking for in stock and gave me his best price price in less than 24 hours. I followed up with telling him that I'd like to come in at a specified time with my wife to close the deal. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to see and have my wife test drive. Franco was very thorough and knowledgable in the features of the car as he explained in a manner that my wife understood as well as things that only I understood as being a person more versed in the technology of the car. Franco was very attentive, listened well to what we were saying, and responded with full focus on educating us in the vehicle that we were about to buy. He was there waiting after we got out of the finance office to make sure we understood all the function of the vehicle that we now purchased. We left the dealership around 10 PM, an hour after his closing time. I'm an engineer and very technically oriented. Franco thoroughly impressed me as well as my wife who doesn't hardly know anything technically. All we can say is that we would recommend Franco to everyone looking for a great experience in looking at or buying a Mazda vehicle. More

He went out of his way to try to find me the vehicle that I wanted and ultimately sold me one that I'm VERY excited about and happy with. The manager was also very personable and respectful and never felt us feel pressured or insignificant. This is the third vehicle that I've bought from Biggers Mazda and fifth from the Biggers family of car dealerships and I've never been disappointed. More

He was very friendly and made my first car-buying experience great! He made sure to sit down in the car with me and show me all of the features and how to use them. He was also very helpful in setting up my bluetooth device to sync with my new car! :) He made me feel very comfortable in making a very important decision, almost like he was an old friend. On Saturday May 25, 2013 me and my husband Tad decided to visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. Our biggest surprise was when Franco was willing work with us without any hesitation before even opening. He just simple open the door early just for us. His diligent, knowledge about the car what we were interesting was presented to us with so many details - we new immediately he is high quality Sales Consultant. He is very good listener, he treat us with with dignity and respect which it is so hard to find in other Dealers. I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. It was great and then decided I also wanted to test drive the CX 5 GT. No problem...when I got back I was offered a bottle of water to drink...amazing! We sat and chatted about the car(s) and options were explained and questions asked. I am now the proud owner of a "Biggers" Mazda CX5 GT!
