Best dealer to deal with! Mazda Dealership has the friendliest sales staff. They are not pushy and are genuinely interested in helping you make the best purchase possible. They understand that they are in competition with other dealers for your business but they also realize that the buyer is the one who drives away with the car. They want to make sure that you not only enjoy the car, but that it’s the rifgt fit for you and your family. When it’s time to buy another car, I will certainly look to buying from this dealer again. More

Bigger's Mazda scores another Home Run for me I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't ex I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't expecting to be able to do any type of deal, but just in case (wishful thinking maybe), I brought both of my keys fobs with me. Well, to make a long story short - I drove off the lot that day with my new 2017 CX-5 with the biggest smile on my face. This is the third car I have purchased/leased with these folks, and I swear it gets better every time - and the first time was already great! I used to deal with Marco, but this time I was met on the lot by Franco. He was very polite, listened to my questions and then sat down with me to discuss my options. He made everything work out for me, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. And once again, I have to mention Ron Liszka, who recognized me and came out to chat and was super professional as always. He was able to make the deal happen by rewarding me for being a repeat buyer and easing the price down that last little bit (not so little actually) to make the deal happen. Lastly, I would also like to mention the Finance guy John, who was filling in that day but was a pleasure to deal with as well. As I said in my other reviews - if you are looking for a Mazda, you HAVE to check these folks out. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. Total professionalism, no pressure, no "BS", just trying their best to make all parties happy. And although this was a Sales transaction, their Service Department is top notch as well. I am a customer for life of this dealership. I am hopefully retiring soon and moving out of the state. You can bet your last dollar however, that when it's car buying time, I will be right back at Bigger's Mazda - these folks are that good. Thank you to everyone at Bigger's Mazda!!! More

Service has been perfect as well and always in and out with routine maintenance appintmrnts with no lengthy wait times. I would definately reccomend this dealer to my friends and family. I also noted that on each vehicle purchase they were very competitive on their price as I was comparing with several others. More

Highly Recommend --- No B.S. I purchased a 2014 Madza 3 i Grand Touring in June 2014 from Biggers Mazda. I had been to a few other places and being a young woman purchasing her I purchased a 2014 Madza 3 i Grand Touring in June 2014 from Biggers Mazda. I had been to a few other places and being a young woman purchasing her first new car, I had a lot of trouble everywhere I went....except Biggers Madza in Elgin. I walked in, told Franco exactly what I wanted and told him if he didn't have it, not to bring me anything else to test drive because I'm not interested in wasting even MORE of my time today having just been at Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda for 3 hours negotiating prices on the wrong vehicle. But this isn't their review. At Biggers Mazda, Franco listened and respected my request. He talked me through some different options of the car I was looking for and I was done within the time frame I gave him when I walked in the door. I walked out of a few dealerships that day and Biggers was the first one to present me with a relatively fair price with the first offer. That spoke volumes to me. Everyone was friendly and genuine without acting like they worship the ground I walk on. The manager (Ron, I believe) was very straight forward with me and didn't do the whole, "oh you're in luck, we have this special coupon you can have if you sign today" B.S.. The person who took me through finances and my warranty (Chuck) was very genuine and listened to my needs and was able to accommodate them with the special insurance package by making some adjustments. My one area for improvement which is more about the car itself, than the dealership, is that within a week of having the car the monitor screen wouldn't wouldn't always turn on when I started my car. I told them this was happening and that I expected it to be looked at since it only had 20 miles on it by this time, and since the camera worked when I brought it in a week later, they said to bring it back if it does it again. It still malfunctions but usually fixes itself within 30 minutes of driving so I've never made it to the dealership with it still broken, but it really makes the rear view camera pointless if it won't work when I turn my car on to back out of my parking spots. I am disappointed that this is the case and that they weren't going to look at it to see if they could find the problem. Now it has been 3 months, and I received an email from my car dealer, Franco reminding me of my first free oil change appointment. I appreciate that it wasn't an automated email from the company. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I feel confident that when I go to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back to Biggers Mazda in the future. More

Responsive and professional sales staff In spite of all my research while shopping for my first new vehicle, when I thought about negotiating (especially for the price I was shooting for) I In spite of all my research while shopping for my first new vehicle, when I thought about negotiating (especially for the price I was shooting for) I was terrified. But Franco defied all car salesman stereotypes. He didn't rush me, was very calm and ended up getting me a price I never expected I would actually walk away with. Biggers took my trade in for a fair value to boot. I was more than satisfied with my experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a fair price. More

Helpful, no pressure, friendly, informative! Very good experience. Franco took a great amount of time working with us to find a car to our specs. I believe we got a great trade-in value! franco also took time to show me everything about the car, I was driving a car with no extras and purchased one the nav., Bluetooth, Sirius radio.....so much technology I wasn't use to. Beautiful vehicle that I'm going to have fun driving and have confidence it will be very reliable for years to come! I gave the ratings I did because I was very pleased with the experience. More

Franco followed up my internet request for quote of best price in less than 24 hours. He was very precise in telling that he had the car and color that I was looking for in stock and gave me his best price price in less than 24 hours. I followed up with telling him that I'd like to come in at a specified time with my wife to close the deal. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to see and have my wife test drive. Franco was very thorough and knowledgable in the features of the car as he explained in a manner that my wife understood as well as things that only I understood as being a person more versed in the technology of the car. Franco was very attentive, listened well to what we were saying, and responded with full focus on educating us in the vehicle that we were about to buy. He was there waiting after we got out of the finance office to make sure we understood all the function of the vehicle that we now purchased. We left the dealership around 10 PM, an hour after his closing time. I'm an engineer and very technically oriented. Franco thoroughly impressed me as well as my wife who doesn't hardly know anything technically. All we can say is that we would recommend Franco to everyone looking for a great experience in looking at or buying a Mazda vehicle. More

After having my car totaled in an accident, I went to Biggers Mazda not knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. He was understanding and respectful of my time and my situation. He went out of his way to try to find me the vehicle that I wanted and ultimately sold me one that I'm VERY excited about and happy with. The manager was also very personable and respectful and never felt us feel pressured or insignificant. This is the third vehicle that I've bought from Biggers Mazda and fifth from the Biggers family of car dealerships and I've never been disappointed. More
