Went for an oil change. It took longer then the hour I was told. Additionally, they left all the plastic on the seat and floor paper in the car for me to handle and throw away with no garbage cans visible was told. Additionally, they left all the plastic on the seat and floor paper in the car for me to handle and throw away with no garbage cans visible. To top it off they never reset my oil change indicator alert. I had to sort through the owner's manual to learn how to do it myself. On some positive notes... the price was good and they washed the outside of the car. Have had service here before, so hoping this was just an off day for them. More

Frank is the real deal. You want a car fast from someone you can trust? I sent him a list of everything I wanted, and he sent me back a car that had more, and was for less. I asked for heated seats, remote you can trust? I sent him a list of everything I wanted, and he sent me back a car that had more, and was for less. I asked for heated seats, remote start, and bluetooth. He gave me a car in my wanted mileage with those features and navigation, memory seats, leather, premium sound system, and touchscreen. 30mpg I can't complain. I'm 20, and driving the nicest car in my family thanks to frank! More

Our service adviser Steve looked into the problem and he worked with Ford to take care of the problem. The air bag was replaced again. We were very happy once again for the great service given by Griffin Ford. More
