Very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I went to five Ford dealerships and Dee Knight was the only one that fully explained the programs and helped me get the best deal. And was the only one out of the five dealerships to call me back.. I also felt that they were not trying to load me up on extra costs. Their extended warranty wad more that fair and a good value.
