We bought our first Toyota in 2012. The Prius has 240,000 plus miles on it and our daughter was turning 16 soon. We knew that the Prius was one of the best vehicles I had ever owned so The Prius has 240,000 plus miles on it and our daughter was turning 16 soon. We knew that the Prius was one of the best vehicles I had ever owned so without a doubt, I wanted another Toyota. I had my mind made up and wanted a RAV4. My daughter and I happened to be in Rockford and just stopped by and by luck, we met Frank. Frank was the only salesman who wasn’t a salesman. He treated us like friends. He was funny and honest. As my husband is one to be sure to get all the details and facts in order, we went to various different dealerships. However, no one came close to the way Frank treated myself and my daughter that day. Frank was truly the most honest and loyal person when it came to getting me the car I desired. He gave his personal phone number and allowed me to contact him with questions anytime. The day we received our RAV4, Frank stayed late to walk me through every feature it had and reminded me that I had his number if I ever needed anything. Who does that??
