I had leased my second BMW from Frank Catarina and because of how pleasant he made that lease deal I went back to BMW of Freehold. When I arrived at the dealership this time, I was greeted by Paige an because of how pleasant he made that lease deal I went back to BMW of Freehold. When I arrived at the dealership this time, I was greeted by Paige and she discussed with me that Frank was now a sales manager. Having dealt with Frank prior I can understand why the dealership had promoted him to a management position. Paige than became my new sales person. Paige and Frank worked together to ensure that I was happy and in agreement with the terms of my third BMW. When Paige and Frank’s part of the purchase was completed, they introduced me to Maria in finance. The three of them were extremely professional while making the process pleasant and stress free. I can assure you because of these three individuals I will recommend and be a returning customer to BMW of Freehold. More
