I brought service for my 650i Grand Coupe to Greg. He’s a true asset to DCH Group. I dealt with other auto groups like Penske and Ray Catena, but the experience that I received from Greg is extraordinary. I’ll refer my family and friends to BMW of Freehold.

"Horrible service "
Left car on a Sunday night for a convertible sensor. Got it back Wednesday and it was filthy. Noticed a receipt left in the car. Looks like someone used my car to go get pizza the day before it was ready. The service paperwork showed 25 miles were put on the car. Called the dealer and sent them pictures of the car and pizza receipt. Their answer was there was a mistake on the paperwork and they only put 3 miles on the car and the receipt fell out of the pocket of the technician who worked on the car. They offered to rewash the car. Does anyone buy this explanation. How about showing the cctv footage to back up your story

BUT complaint is BOM of tires. If warranty on tires offered now since February of 2018. Obviously there is an issue!
"Too many people sitting around doing nothing"
I had my 645ci car towed here recently. I was not familiar with this dealership as I am from out of town. I entered the dealership while the car was still on the tow truck. I explained to a female service person that my car was not accelerating at all. We asked where we should have the tow truck driver unload the car.She told us just drop it right where it is. We did so only to have someone in the sales garage belittle the driver for dropping it there. After that it took a long time for someone in service to help us. We were told that we could rent a car and only the first 24 hrs would be covered. He (Greg) then said that they would look at the car to see if they could ascertain the problem. This was after telling us that the SMG transmission was a terrible one. That took a long time. Finally Greg told us the SMG module was burnt out. He suggested we have it fixed and wait. Well, it took over an hour, but finally the car was fixed. He told us it was being washed. A half hour later he walked me to the cashier. I paid and asked where the car would be. She said in the covered service area. We walked there to find no car. It was in the lot blocked by two other cars. God only knows how long it had been sitting there. 4 hours total in the dealership! So many of the service personnel were doing nothing but hanging around in a big group. Very terrible experience overall.
