Both were professional and responsive. I arrived early the next morning, took a test drive, met with Paige to wrap up the financial portion and was on the road back home in around 2.5- 3 hours max. From the time we walked in frank and everyone was great. Felt no pressure and like that they wanted to get use into the car we wanted, not the car they wanted us to buy like at other dealerships. We called about a Nissan Versa we had seen online. I spoke with Frank Cordova a Sales Consultant. Frank gave us the details about the car and said it had not arrived at the dealership yet. The next day Frank called and said the car was delivered and we went to the dealership where we met Frank in person. Frank was very nice as he showed us the car. We were very interested in moving forward to purchase the car. Frank was very efficient as he guided us through the process of financing a portion of the total cost. Through Frank we met the Finance Manager Paige Nicolao. Paige informed us of all of our options in a way that was easy to follow. She was very nice and efficient. Paige guided us through the process of signing all of the documents needed to purchase this car. Frank and Paige were very courteous with my wife realizing she is disabled and made her comfortable throughout this process. I can say that Frank and Paige are exceptional, and it made for a great experience. Thank you, Jim & Cathy More

AMAZING! Coming from the automotive industry, I understand the kind of customer service that I expect to give my clients and these folks were absolutely amaz Coming from the automotive industry, I understand the kind of customer service that I expect to give my clients and these folks were absolutely amazing. I was greeted within seconds of parking my car and helped/directed to where I needed to be just as fast. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Frank and Joe were very helpful in assisting me looking at trade ins for returning my lease and Paige was nothing short of amazing with financing and the paperwork! The GM Rob even came to introduce himself. This dealership has extraordinary and trustworthy people. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much! More

Everyone at this dealership was extraordinary. I was directly and promptly served with excellence by Frank, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, warm, patient, and a joy to work with. He made the experience fun and inviting; and, significantly, it was always "how can it be done", which I greatly appreciated. While I was working with Frank, I was also promptly once again welcomed back to the dealership by Joe, who not only remembered our discussions the last time I got my vehicle there, he made sure his team was firing on all cylinders and reaffirmed I would again be in good hands. It was clear he was very proud of Frank and his whole team, and that he had trained them well. Rounding out the day was an excellent experience with Paige in finance. She was equally as masterful in her work, and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. She was also extremely welcoming to my two daughters who said they missed her when we left. We were only there a couple of hours; it was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We came back this time because of our previous positive experience -- but this experience set an even higher bar for us. I simply couldn't recommend this team higher! More
