Another local dealer didn't want to process my ID. 4 software update due to issues they had with other cars. Colonial just got the job done, and quickly without error. What's more, the service rep ki 4 software update due to issues they had with other cars. Colonial just got the job done, and quickly without error. What's more, the service rep kindly picked up a part I had ordered and paid for online (the Tesla NACS adapter) and put it in my vehicle so I could pick up my car after service had closed for the day. In sum, it was great service and treatment. More
