I asked at that time if this was an included service, or if I would be charged for it, the employee told me it was included. I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled appointment, after sitting in traffic for an hour, only to find out they would be charging me approximately $800 for the service. I'll be taking my service and car purchasing business elsewhere in the future, I am extremely disappointed with the misinformation and way it was handled.
