The service center had openings available soon, gave a fair quote with a full breakdown, and were able to get the parts and do the repair I needed (broken door lock) by the next day. The customer service was okay - not enough communication on when my car would be completed/ready for pickup or notification of things being ready. Additionally, the dealership seemed overbooked - affecting on when my car would be completed/ready for pickup or notification of things being ready. They seem to be honest and didn't try to upsell a bunch of needless stuff. They stuck to what really needed to be done, even though I told them to look for any other problems on this long neglected car -- of needless stuff.
