I had a great service experience- the staff who helped me were professional, kind, and honest. I have been to other VW dealers in the area for service (not Colonial) who have been pushy about doing extra wor were professional, kind, and honest. I have been to other VW dealers in the area for service (not Colonial) who have been pushy about doing extra work my car did not necessarily need, all to make a buck. I'll admit, I was prepared to have a similar encounter at Colonial but I am pleased to say I did not. The only 'extra' recommended work they suggested was to repair a very obvious hole in my tire, which Frank pointed out to me but did not push me to fix at Colonial because they did not have the same tire available (I really appreciated the honesty!). My only issue (and thus 4 stars) was the cost of the service, which I found to be a bit overpriced for the work done, but dealerships always come with a price tag and I knew that would happen before I walked in. I would recommend Colonial service dept to other VW owners without hesitation. More
