I adore him that five years later after buying my Mercedes from hm ~I couldn’t figure out how to turn my lights off on my Mercedes car ~and he actually stopped watching a movie on a Saturday night with his lovely wife to help me in my distress to turn off my lights. that is phenomenal Service. I've been on the mkt. For E450 for 9 months. I then went to Frank DeLuca in Bonita Springs, asked if he could get a car from another dealer. He did, no fuss no muss, tes For E450 for 9 months. I then went to Frank DeLuca in Bonita Springs, asked if he could get a car from another dealer. He did, no fuss no muss, test drove the car, negotiated a deal and got my E450 the next day. In Michigan for the summer car went into limp mode as was hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to comp hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to complete. No loaners available and corporate said they couldn’t help with rental. I called Frank and explained the situation (even though he was in Florida and I was in Michigan). Frank took over and he contacted the Michigan dealer and MB Corporate trying to expedite repair and arrange for a rental. His efforts were made on August 3rd and August 4th(today). Dealer recently called had located the part and the car was ready for pick up! Whatever Frank did got the job done!!! You never see that highest level of customer care in this day and age! Great job Frank! More
