In Michigan for the summer car went into limp mode as was hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to comp hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to complete. No loaners available and corporate said they couldn’t help with rental. I called Frank and explained the situation (even though he was in Florida and I was in Michigan). Frank took over and he contacted the Michigan dealer and MB Corporate trying to expedite repair and arrange for a rental. His efforts were made on August 3rd and August 4th(today). Dealer recently called had located the part and the car was ready for pick up! Whatever Frank did got the job done!!! You never see that highest level of customer care in this day and age! Great job Frank! More
