The “Magic Formula for Success” is not a secret. It’s simply to make a customer feel like a guest in your own home. Frank understands that in a way few others do. Every time I enter this dealership, fo simply to make a customer feel like a guest in your own home. Frank understands that in a way few others do. Every time I enter this dealership, for as little as a complimentary car wash, I’m greeted with a warm smile, a friendly handshake and what “feels like” a genuine interest in me... not only as a customer, but as a person. Frank asks me if there’s anything HE CAN DO to make my experience better. The interesting part of this commentary is that Franks job is to sell..., yet repeatedly when I enter the Service Department..., THAT’s where I find him. In Service..., NOT on the Sales Floor, (but rather, in the Customer Lounge) In a simple phrase.... He gets it. Keep the Customer happy and they’ll never want to go anywhere else. In the digital world we all find ourselves currently living in, losing a customer could be just a “click” away. But Frank makes me feel like (when it comes to my car), I don’t want to “click” anywhere else. I guess what I’m basically saying is... We click. And THAT makes all the difference. The Free Pastry doesn’t hurt either. (LOL) Successful people are always looking for opportunities to try to help others. Un-Successful people are always saying... “What’s in it for me?” Here’s to a Salesman who understands that the Sale doesn’t end once he makes the Sale! “Old School” Service, the way it’s supposed to be.
