He was very professional and explained what was being done to my GLC300. He then said its best to get a loaner to go about my business that day and he would text me when it was ready for pickup. Shortly after that, my salesman Frank DeLuca also greeted me as I was picking up my loaner. He asked me if everything was to my satisfaction.
