Stick to changing oil. My car was there several days and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I kept telling them it wasn’t the strut. They replaced the strut. I told t My car was there several days and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I kept telling them it wasn’t the strut. They replaced the strut. I told them it wasn’t the links, they replaced the links. I did tell them it might be in the brake system but they didn’t bother to check that. The service advisor position is a joke. No straight answers. You don’t value your customers because if you did you wouldn’t dimiss what they are telling you. The advisor said 100% strut. I said not the strut. Then you guys finally admit that you can’t figure it out but still never looked at the brakes. This is my 2nd purchase of car with your dealership but never ever coming there again. My advice is hire someone who knows what they’re doing and can troubleshoot suspension issues More
