My service writer is frank but I also worked with Steve the were a major help and all around great guys words cannot Express how satisfied I am with them. Although I’m not very happy with finances dept don the were a major help and all around great guys words cannot Express how satisfied I am with them. Although I’m not very happy with finances dept don new bald faced lied to my wife and I when we purchased this car we purchased the top extended warranty because it was a 2016 with 39000 miles and he informed us that it covered bumper to bumper. Well he lied it dose not cover bumper to bumper. So a part that we thought was covered was not it ended up being 1100.00 dollars. Thank god I was told to call ford customers service witch I did and thx to a lady named Susan she worked hard to get us 80% off and trust me I’m on ssi so that was god sent very pleased with Ford customer service as well . My question is to have someone in your establishment that lies to people just he can get a high commission doesn’t say much about your dealer ship I have owned fords most of 57 years and have never had a problem with ford and I still don’t but one bad apple you know the rest . More

Service going above and beyond like no other! Brought in my 98 Crown Victoria with the turn signal and hazard lights not working, after explaining my urgency to repair this vehicle 3 days prior to Brought in my 98 Crown Victoria with the turn signal and hazard lights not working, after explaining my urgency to repair this vehicle 3 days prior to having surgery and the need of having it "Road Ready"for my wife to use, Steve quickly contacted Chris explained the urgency and had him diagnose the problem to a non stocking part at the present time but had the assistance of Randy in parts to make sure said part would be in overnight and ask Chris to temporally fix it for me to use the vehicle until the part would arrive next day. I returned 2 days later approximately at lunch time, meet Chris who told me that part was is and in a very caring way asked how I was feeling? After seeing me limping and told me he would skip lunch and go to work on it immediately so I would not have to wait a long period of time due to my present condition. This proved to me that your technician no only can care about your vehicle condition but your needs based on your condition as well. Steve, Chris and Randy could not replace my worn hip or help the tremendous pain I was going thru but they went above and beyond to repair my car and gave the piece of mind that it would serve its purpose for my need in the days to come so my wife could travel safely back and forward from home to the Hospital. This is going the extra mile to cater for a customer in need! Thank you guys. More

Had 1:20 appt for oil change and tire rotation. At 2:30 they still hadn’t even started. Complained to service advisor and his reply: “ Well they get busy back there” My reply, “ so do I that’s why I made they still hadn’t even started. Complained to service advisor and his reply: “ Well they get busy back there” My reply, “ so do I that’s why I made appt”! Long story short, he comes back a few min and says they’re taking it back now and it will take an hour and a half. Then, about 15 minutes later he says they will be done in a few minutes, and no charge. About 20 minutes he says truck is done, hands me keys, no paperwork, no explanation what was done.. WTH? I didn’t come in for a free oil change, I came in for service and rotation. So, after 2 hours there, I leave not knowing what they did and didn’t do . I know the tires weren’t rotated, the sticker wasn’t changed, the electronic oil change percent meter wasn’t reset, and no explanation of service . How could they be any less professional? Rated a 1 star because 0 stars not an option. More
