Mr. Veltri confirmed this wasn't normal and said he would call high authority on how to handle this deficiency and report back to me the very next day. He was emphatic about being in contact the very next day. Not only did Mr. Veltri not contact me the very next day, to date he has yet to contact me about this issue. I sent Mr. Veltri and email last night and it is now noon on 1/10/2020 and he still has not contact me. Today I will begin my official letter writing campaign and I will post on social media the absolutely lousy follow through of your service manager. And the hybrid CR-V EXL I called you about, that you said you'd call me once they came into the dealership, well you can forget out it. I dealt with your dealership because I like the way you treated me. You need to work at another Honda dealership that supports your sales efforts. Junab Ali More
