Bob Shehab has officially raised the bar on what it means to have a full service dealership. From helping us find the right model to setting up our phone to control the car, and even referred us to an excel to have a full service dealership. I had an easy relatively stress-free car buying experience with Frankie Maharaji. I ordered my car and he kept me posted. I was worried about tarriffs and he was very confident they would not be experience with Frankie Maharaji. I ordered my car and he kept me posted. I was worried about tarriffs and he was very confident they would not be imposed, and he was correct. He may have been a little green, but ultimately I got the answers I needed. He was not pushy and let me take my time to comparison shop at other BMW dealerships. He didn’t try to steer me towards a 2025 model that wasn’t what I wanted - unlike other dealerships. I think I got a fair price. They even delivered the car to me in San Diego! More
