I called and explained my problem with my truck and was told to bring it down. They gave me a ride to Herzt so I could rent a car. After diagnosing the problem they were able to solve it by upgrading the t told to bring it down. They gave me a ride to Herzt so I could rent a car. After diagnosing the problem they were able to solve it by upgrading the trucks's computer software to the latest version. Unfortunately they couldn't do it until day two, but I have it back again and hopefully the same problem will never occur again. More

Service itself was fine but they didn’t finish the work in a day, never communicated that with me and then left me stranded with no ride and no option.
