Frankly even though the junior sales rep was really nice and tried to help, they didn't honor the offer we agreed upon. We agreed on a monthly payment, both Kasy and Daniel agreed but the finance manage and tried to help, they didn't honor the offer we agreed upon. We agreed on a monthly payment, both Kasy and Daniel agreed but the finance manager Frank in the middle of me signing the papers after they ran my credit and processed my tag and title, that guy didn't honor the price and raised it by another $35 a month, when I did not agree he became aggressive, screamed, lied and told me to get out of HIS dealership. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! You are welcome to call me about it if needed. More

While Mo Alkabouni was a very helpful salesperson and did everything het could do to assist me with ordering and delivering my 15th LEXUS SUV purchase in a row, the sales manager (FRANK MARSALA) was the rude everything het could do to assist me with ordering and delivering my 15th LEXUS SUV purchase in a row, the sales manager (FRANK MARSALA) was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a business transaction. When I asked for details on additional fees I was being charged, FRANK MARSALA let me know (in a very terse and humiliating tone) that he could charge me any additional fees he wanted to because he had 1200 other buyers that would buy the vehicle I had placed a special order for. Then came the bad part...FRANK MARSALA actually hung up the phone on me. The only reason I didn't walk away from this purchase is that I would not have had the opportunity to write this review. More
