Great experience. Francisco/Frank was the difference! Aside how incredible the Volvo cars are, I had a fantastic buying experience. I was very satisfied with their service department in the past and this influenced my final decision. Also The XC40 was rated better than the BMW I was also considering. I especially enjoyed ALL the help from my sales specialist! Frank is an awesome salesman and professional! He knew- and explained every detail with clarity and patience. What a fun experience!
