Frank Martinez originally showed me the Volvo S90 and took me for a test drive in the Volvo XC90. Al Ismail let me test drive the XC60 three days later, which proved to be the perfect car for my needs and preferences. Frank completed the paperwork the following day, when Al was unavailable. Both Frank and Al were well-informed, considerate, friendly, and helpful to me and my wife. Frank went out of his way to set up the car's technology. The finance department completed the lease paperwork efficiently and made the experience enjoyable. More
