I’ve worked within the BMW brand since 2010 and Sloane BMW of Devon since 2014 when we took the store over. I have always strived for the best in a customer experience. In today’s world price can be gotten almost anywhere, but having someone go the extra mile, myself and our team can provide. I’ve been driving BMW since 2008 with the purchase of a E46 M3, this was after driving a brand new E90 V8 2008 version. I purchased it as a CPO and couldn’t have a better ownership experience. Since then I have owned many BMW’s including E46 M3, E60 550i Sport, E90 335i, M235i, 340i, M3, X3M & 2 M5's !!!! All these cars were awesome and loving my most recent M5 acquisition. My picture is from Aruba, the happy island that I highly recommend if you are looking for a get-away! Waited 2. 5 yrs for right brand/model to come along. My 2024 X5 50e was worth the wait. This is my first BMW, and I believe the best choice ever. BMW of Devon dealership was very attentive (thanks Frank Muto) and top-notch, even while undergoing a remodel. My client advisor, Kerry Simmons, was the nicest, friendliest, most honest, knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I’ve ever had. He made car buying enjoyable, instead of feeling pressured and like I was just a sales quota. No fake personality with Kerry. And his post sales follow up was exceptional. Thank you! More

I have had to purchase 11 replacement tires for my BMW over a 2 1/2 year.period. No one at Sloan BMW seems interested in helping me solve this problem. The car is basically unusable for anything more than over a 2 1/2 year.period. No one at Sloan BMW seems interested in helping me solve this problem. The car is basically unusable for anything more than a 20 or 30 mile trip. I can’t count on not getting a flat tire. I’ve had two vacations interrupted and had to rent a car to complete my journey. As I said, no one seems interested in helping. More
