Frank Orsini, my salesman, was very trustworthy and knowledgeable, and worked very hard to make the entire buying experience pleasant, productive and enjoyable. The very best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Craig Lumia, Service Director, was very also super knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time explaining to me the "workings" of my Jaguar. Matt Heppler, Certified Jaguar Technician, was also very helpful in explaining some of the intricacies of my Jaquar. All employees of this dealership are upbeat, helpful and very friendly. A real TEAM! I spent a total of about 3 days at the dealership buying my Jaguar, and felt that all the employees wanted me to feel good about my experience with THEIR dealership. And they Did! David is efficient and easy to communicate with. The waiting area has coffee, water, food, t.v., comfortable seats and clean restrooms. The show room has beautiful cars to look at and the salesman are friendly, they engage in conversation....what more could you ask for??? The salesman, Frank Orsini, that sold me my Jaguar was there and was friendly and happy to see me. Most service departments in dealerships that I've gone to for service; I just hate being there. Being a woman, going for service on a car, ALONE, is just dreadful, but not going here. I don't mind it at all. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and two of them have purchased there, in 2017. More
