Very knowledgeable, patient, honest, very energized and extremely helpful with all my options. I would definitely recommend her to my family, friends and anyone reading this review. This is our 3rd leased car from this dealership since 2012 (Camry SE 2012 for me, RAV4 2014 for my wife and Camry SE 2015 for me). Everyone here in sales and service, are very friendly and helpful. Also, I would love to thank the general manager Frank Pagliuca for his help and assistance; he is a great man and an excellent manager. He is always there for any help needed or question to be answered. Isaac Cardona, accessory manager was very good, helpful, knowledgeable and honest as well. And of course without forgetting, Sohail Butt, the finance director, he explained my contract very well and answered all my questions. He was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable besides taking my money. LOL!!! Overall, I had an excellent experience with this dealership. More

Once I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and they were so friendly and made sure to explain everything in detail .- He had me test drive a 2011 Toyota Corolla with his colleague Bill and he was so friendly and nice and really kept me positive and explained everything about the vehicle. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Toyota of Wallingford, the first was a new 2012 Rav 4 in which Frank Pagliuca was my sales man. I was so impressed with Frank's professionalism and Toyota of Wallingford, the first was a new 2012 Rav 4 in which Frank Pagliuca was my sales man. I was so impressed with Frank's professionalism and integrity that when it came to purchase another vehicle I immediately went to Frank. As luck would have it Frank was promoted to a management position and introduced me to his protégé Cody Gill. Cody under the watchful eye of Frank provided me with outstanding customer service, at no time did I feel any pressure or anxiety during this purchasing experience. Cody was knowledgeable about the product line (Highlander) and provided me specific information on the vehicle along with answering all my questions. Frank must have taught him well as he (Cody) listened to all my questions and provided me with fact based answers which aided me in the decision process. Even after the sale was completed Cody took the time to contact me personally and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I specifically came to this dealership which is out of my way because I was treated very poorly at another Toyota dealership closer to my house and it was worth it to go to Toyota of Wallingford. I worked with Frank Pagiluca in sales and he was fantastic. He did not put any pressure on me and was very helpful during the whole process. I had a good I idea of what I wanted and what my price range was. He stayed right within my range and did not try to upsell me at all. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends and family! I also worked with Gloria Fernandez. She was awesome!!! She has such a great personality and it was a pleasure speaking with her in financing. She explains everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every paper I signed. Also - she was very fast. She completed everything quickly and efficiently. Overall - I had a really great experience at Toyota of Wallingford. I have only had my car one day and I have already recommended them to all of my co workers! More
