When I went to Toyota and Scion of Wallingford, I was nervous about buying a used car. The sales consultant Frank Pagliuca was very friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt very comfortable with everyone that we met. Frank was extremely knowledgable on the Rav4 and made us feel good about our choice. My husband and I returned to this dealership to re-lease vehicles. This was our second time leasing vehicles from here. We were happy to have Frank again as our salesman as he is knowledgeable and friendly vehicles. This was our second time leasing vehicles from here. We were happy to have Frank again as our salesman as he is knowledgeable and friendly and knew us from last time. While Frank was very helpful and ultimately got us the vehicles we wanted, we found the other aspects to be a bit disorganized this time around. Paperwork wasnt ready, information that was previously filled out wasnt available (and we had an appt . .the dealership knew we were coming), even forms filled out by the staff/leasing agent were incorrect and resulted in another visit to the dealership after we already had our cars. I dont think this was really Frank's fault; personally I felt that it was the people who work behind the scenes who should have accessed our information to have ready for Frank. Nonetheless, we did re-lease and are currently enjoying our own vehicles. More

Absolutely the number one dealer in ct.. If you want to get a car and save time and money,then you HAVE to come over to toyota dealer and talk to Frank Pagliuca..He is definetely the best one there hands d get a car and save time and money,then you HAVE to come over to toyota dealer and talk to Frank Pagliuca..He is definetely the best one there hands down.He has the greatest personality and gets you in and out at your convinience..He does everything so fast and easy.. I got my car in less than 2 days..He really knows what hes doing and he even help me with my credit..Soo remember go see Frank..:-) i cant forget about the finance director soheil butt who also was very nice and explained everything very well.. This is our 2nd trucked that we have leased thru Toyota of Wallingford and we couldn't be more pleased. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and your trucks are outstanding. I was looking at Audi Q5 BMW X3 and Acura RDX. I was not considering buying a RAV4 but I know the dealer to be friendly and it is very easy to look at vehicles there. Easy parking and not an aggressive sale considering buying a RAV4 but I know the dealer to be friendly and it is very easy to look at vehicles there. Easy parking and not an aggressive sales staff is what I like. The RAV4 is new and we both liked it but we were set on more of a "high end" vehicle. Frank was nice enough to take us out in a Limited model with Navigation. As we drove he explained all the features and we saw that we really liked the vehicle and it had all of the same options and more of the other cars we were looking at. He closed the deal by giving us more for our trade in than any other dealer we went to. Now the RAV4 is not a BMW or an Audi. No, the RAV4 uses regular gas, gets better gas millage, and with all the same options it has more room on the inside and that will come in handy when you have to store the $17,000.00 you saved by buying one. My wife and I, couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the dealer who saved us all that money. I mean it's not everyday you get to save that kind of money. More
