This review is to update my previous review While I was initially unhappy with my dealings with one specific employee of this dealership I was contacted by Ms. Kathy Finn today and she cleared u While I was initially unhappy with my dealings with one specific employee of this dealership I was contacted by Ms. Kathy Finn today and she cleared up some of the confusion that was not previously explained to me in the past. Due to her very professional and prompt resolution I must say that I now see my entire experience in a different light, Though I am still unhappy with the lack of clear explanation by the gentleman with whom I originally signed the contract my overall experience with the salesman (Steven Davis) the service department and most importantly Ms. Finn has really shown me that Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram cares about the happiness of it's customers. What I did not mention in my initial review was the the service department was top notch and very professional. More

Wonderful and friendly I was greeted the moment I drove on the lot and treated like I was a long lost friend they were thrilled to see return. Next Vinny greeted me inside. I was greeted the moment I drove on the lot and treated like I was a long lost friend they were thrilled to see return. Next Vinny greeted me inside. He answered all my questions about my new car even the stupid ones like how do I open the hood with cheerfulness and patience. Then I went up to the waiting room and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Everything was clean and bright. After a short wait, Frank replace the part. Then Vinny called me over the speaker with his cheer voice and I got my car back. He held the door for me as I got in to leave and let me know he was here to help me with anything I need for my new car. I was in at 9 and out by 12. Wonderful Service Dept.!!!!! More
